HAVEN Soundlab with Kate Gane

event date:
Sunday, 29 October 2017 - 1:00pm
Sunday, 5 November 2017 - 1:00pm

Music is known as a powerful meditative tool, which heals and/or connects us to our mental and emotional well-being. Drop into the gallery on a Sunday afternoon to be immersed in the music by one of our local performers. Join curator Kate Gane as she take you through soundtracks to inspire the sense and awaken the soul.

This event is a part of HAVEN - a concept, pop-up salon at the Warrnambool Art Gallery that will serve as a meeting place, exhibition, performance and music space for the LGBTIQA+ communities of South-Western Victoria.  Haven is supported by the Victorian Government, Warrnmbool Art Gallery, Warrnambool City Council, Lighthouse Theatre, Safe in the South West, Brophy Family & Youth Services, The Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives, Rainbow Families Victoria and LoveLock.
