WAG Winter Holidays Art Club: Sock Puppet Softies

Children are invited to bring in an old sock to transform into a new softie using a variety of simple techniques. Under the guidance of artist Megan Nicolson, children will use basic textile skills to sew buttons, appliqué or embroider their works into new little unique characters. All materials are recycled and toys stuffed with fill made from recycled bottles.
