Featuring new works that celebrate the South West Coastline by ‘sand artist’ Lowell Hunter ‘Salty One’ (Nyul Nyul / Bardi) along with works from the WAG Collection by First Nations artists Fiona Clarke (Kirrae Whurrong) and Lisa Waup (Gunditjmara / Torres Strait Islander). Sea Country invites you to immerse yourself in our coastal wonders, ancient Aboriginal culture and traditions with a focus on Moyjil – at the entrance to the Hopkins River where research suggests people have gathered for tens of thousands of years.
