WAG offers and exciting range of activites for all ages during school holidays:

Autumn Holiday Program 2019

Tuesday 9 April
10:30am-12:00pm Easter Garlands
Get your craft on this Easter holidays with local artist Charlotte Dumesny! Explore the fabulously crafty Craftivism show and get inspired before creating your very own garland. Using a mixture of yarn, paper and buckets of imagination, craft your own wonderful piece of art to take home.
Ages 5 upwards (younger children may need help from a parent or guardian). 
$10 per child or free to those with WAG family membership.
 
Thursday 11 April
10:30-11:30am Code Breakers!
People have used code and secret messages for hundreds of years. In this exciting STEM session, you will make a Morse Code machine using an electric circuit. Suitable for ages 8 upwards
$5 per child or FREE to those with WAG Family membership
 
Tuesday 16 April  
10:30am-12:00pm Easter Eggstavaganza
Take a look around WAG’s exhibitions and see how many patterns and shapes you can find. Using these as inspiration you can then decorate your own felt egg. Suitable for ages 5 upwards (younger children will need help from a parent or carer)

Inspired by this beautiful story about a mythical fish by Paul Jennings and Jane Tanner, you will make your own creature Then draw, colour and cut out your own sea creature to place on a collaborative piece of art which will feature in the exhibition! Suitable for all ages.  FREE
