Tricia Page

Tricia Page in a Visual Artist based in Warrnambool, graduating from RMIT Fine Arts Honours in 2014. Her practice incorporates sculpture, jewellery and print, preferring hand-made processes of welding, industrial sewing and etching of up cycled and refined materials.  Inspired by patterns, and forms of man made steel structures and playthings, her work is informed by the contradictions and familiarities inherent in the human condition - exploring ideas of resilience, curiosity, adaptation and absurdity.  Page has been awarded The RMIT Sculpture student prize (2014), and in RMIT travel Scholarship, Australia Councils Art Start Grant, and Craft Victoria FRESH screaming pixel award(all 2015). Currently based at Fletcher Jones artist studios as a maker and designer for Tilt Studio jewellery.
