Arts Funding Forum for artists and community organisations

Do you want to know more about what make a successful funding application? This forum is for everyone who wants to use the arts to develop a project in your community.

Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) and Warrnambool Art Gallery (WAG) invite artists and community organisations to a FREE, half-day arts funding forum to be held at WAG on 21 April, 2018 from 10AM – 1PM

Presented by Jo Grant (Regional Arts Victoria) and Ren Gregoric (Curator of Exhibitions and Outreach, WAG) with a special art speed dating opportunity at the end of the forum (see more below).This is your chance to learn:·        

  • How to write about your ideas;
  • Practical hints and tips on how to make your funding applications successful;
  • Effective, low-cost marketing and promotion;
  • How to establish and build partnerships;
  • And much more!

Speeding dating for artists

Straight after the forum, participants will have the opportunity to sign up for a 10-minute session with a local arts professionals to get feedback on their creative ideas or talk about anything you like. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with;

This event is FREE, registration is required via Eventbrite. Registrations close 10PM 18 April. Places are limited so book soon. BYO lunch, coffee/tea provided.
