"Radical. Australian abstract art from the 70’s & 80’s" features the vibrant works of John Coburn, designer of the vibrant curtains in the Sydney Opera House. Considering the use of simple organic forms and vivid colours used by Coburn throughout his career, participants will look to the art of textile design and create a wall hanging using fabric and iron on transfer sheets.
