CALL FOR ENTRIES!
The Young Portrait Prize celebrates and fosters the creativity and originality of young artists and provides young people the platform to showcase their artwork and special people in their lives.
Warrnambool Art Gallery invites young artists up to the age of 18 living in South-West region of Victoria to create a portrait of someone who they know personally and who is special to them.
Portraits must be created on the Young Portrait Prize artboard and be portrait format. Art boards and entry forms are available from the Gallery Store for $2 per frame for the general public, a choice of four colours are available. If you are participating through your school, there is no cost.
Frames and entry forms available from Warrnambool Art Gallery from Monday 12 May 2025.

Saturday 23 August - Sunday 19 October 2025
Collection of work:
From Friday 24 October to Sunday 23 November.
Please ensure you collect your work from the Warrnambool Art Gallery.
Please note: Children who live outside of the South-West region of Victoria are welcome to participate but are ineligible to receive any prizes.
